Create an organization

Only by creating an organization, you will be able to add projects and requests, share files with your team and enjoy the full potential of the Batieu. Before you start, make sure you are signed in to your Personal account. If you are not responsible for any business, you may want to Join a team.

My first organization

If you are not a part of any Organization and you have Created an account, you will be able to create your own Organization profile.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. You will be redirected to the Create an organization profile.
3. Enter Organization data to join Batieu and get access to all of the features.

Create another organization

You can create an Organization if you represent a different business than the one in which you are currently participating.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open your Account settings.
3. Click on the tab My organizations.
4. Then click Add, to create a new Organization.
5. Enter Organization data, then press Complete.
6. Now you can Switch between your Organizations.

Organization data

1. Choose the type of your Organization (This can not be changed in the future. Learn more), from the following:
   1. Construction company
   2. Architect, design office
   3. Investor or institution
2. Fill in the information related to your Organization, such as:
   1. Type of activities.
   2. Enter your Organization data, such as Organization name, EU VAT number, address and website. (You can register without providing your EU VAT number and you will be asked to complete it in the future).
3. By clicking on Complete you will have access to the Organization dashboard.
4. To get full access follow the Organization configuration progress on your dashboard.
5. Your Organization will be verified by Batieu Team, and you will be notified when this process will be done.
