Password change

You can change your password when you are signed in or signed out, by following the instructions.

Change your password

To change your password on Batieu if you’re already signed in:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Open your Account settings.
3. Go to General.
4. Go down to Password section, then click on Edit icon.

Reset your password

To reset your password if you’re not singed in to Batieu:

1. Go to Sign in page.
2. Click I forgot my password.
3. Enter the email associated with your account.
4. You will receive an instruction to your email inbox, how to change your password.
5. Open you Email inbox and follow the instruction.
