You&#8217;ll need to have a different mobile phone number or email address added to your account to reset your password if you ever need to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>How do I change or reset my Batieu password?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3>Change your password<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To change your <span class=\"c-text--red c-text\">password<\/span> on Batieu if you&#8217;re already logged in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Click <strong>Arrow<\/strong> account in the top right of Batieu.<\/li><li>Select <strong>Settings &amp; privacy<\/strong>, then click <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Security and login<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Edit<\/strong> next to <strong>Change password<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Enter your current password and new password.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re logged in but have forgotten your password, follow the steps under Change your password, then click <strong>Forgotten your password?<\/strong> and follow the steps to reset it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/batieu.com\/pl\/wp-content\/themes\/base\/\/assets\/img\/l-devices.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bear in mind that you&#8217;ll need access to the email associated with your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Reset your password<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To reset your <span class=\"c-text\">password<\/span> if you&#8217;re not logged in to Batieu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Go to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.batieu.com\">Find your account page<\/a>.<\/li><li>Type the email address, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your account, then click <strong>Search<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>For security reasons, you won&#8217;t be able to use the <code>same mobile phone number<\/code> that you use for two-factor authentication to help you reset your password.
